Just after 1 year of ownership of the Westinghouse 32" HDTV/DVD Combo Model SK-32H590D the red and green colors started to run after approximately 20 minutes of viewing.
After checking on-line we have found a number of individuals who are experiencing similiar problems. Some offered solutions which were recommended by c/s including operating the set on a dedicated line.
i recently received an email address for the c/s in CA and their response to my inquiry was that it sounds like a problem with the display panel. It would be too costly to replace this as it must be done in a steril environment.
Now I'm out the $700 i paid for the set with no help of in getting it repaired. And i definitely do not have extra money to purchase another HDTV so it's back to the 15 year old stand-by.
Our families have always had Westinghouse products in the past but apparently the name is licensed to anyone who wants it now. Maybe i'll be able to afford an HDTV in a few years.
