Whitewing Financial Group violated Fair Credit federal law and CT Banking law Houston Texas

This company is not authorized to do business in the State of Connecticut. (Debt collection here requires approval by the Department of Banking and approved companies are shown on their web site.)

They wrote a letter requesting payment of an alleged old debt.

Then they started calling--night after night leaving messages on my answering machine. (harassment--prohibited by federal law)

Finally they got my wife and violated Federal law by making claims that there were two debts from 1990 that were owed. (third party contacted--prohibited by federal law)

I have contacted state and federal authorities about these dirtballs.

They should be shut down for wanton and willful disregard of state and federal laws.
