First, to update on "Trucker Bob" We filed suit against Robert Anderson and were awarded damages in January of 2011.  His story was completely fabricated.



Second, my reply to the "consumer comment".  We are a finance company, not a dealership.  With our business model, it doesn't do us any good to provide trucks that are in need of repair.  If you had some issues with your truck, I apologize.  It is very frustrating for all of us when this happens, but, if you have any experience in this business, you know that repairs happen.  We typically offer a 7 day period after you pick up the truck, that we will take care of most issues.  After that, we will offer to loan you money for the repairs that may come up.  Finally, if we cannot come to an agreement, I offer to return your deposit to you.  I am surprised that none of these options worked for you.



Third, my response to the "Ex-employee".  We are looking for men and women with the ability to drive, quality of character, desire to work for themselves, and a strong work ethic.  You were employed at Crossroads Transportation for approximately 7 weeks.  In not one of those weeks did you turn in paid miles over 1000.  No one can make it in this business (or any other) working 3 days a week.  You know very well that I did return your deposit, unfortunately, it only covered about half of what you owed the trucking company in fuel and advances. 



Also, anyone reading this or any other websites for any company, please use it for what it is.  I like the idea that as consumers, there are websites such as this that we can access easily to have our voices heard.  If you are truly looking for an honest review on any company, the BBB is probably the best option,

Yes you would keep the deposit because you promised to give mine back if I agreed to play nice and clear yours and everyones elses name I named in my complaint and they backed out of the deal and threatened to sue me for slander..Well sue away I have a case that will be backed up by OOIDA for which I am a member...I hate people like you all...You take advantage of people wanting to go into business for themselves and take us for our last dime and then sell us trucks that are so mechanically unsound that I would have gone bankrupt had I not given that piece of crap back to you. I was smart enough to see what was happening and bailed of the mess that I was in Thankfully and only came out $2500 in the hole... Stay away from these smooth taking college eduacated people they are liars straight up.

 You took advantage of us too. the sale of our truck was completely unprofessional and cost us thousands more dollars in lost work time because of your companies complete unproffesionalism and in costly repairs that should not have had to be made to the truck in the first two months of ownership. Your a con man and a piss poor business man.

I believe "Trucker Bob" from Fraser MI, is actually Bob Anderson, the business development officer from North South Leasing in Fraser MI. This appears to be an attempt to slander my company by a competitor. My company has never, and would never, keep a deposit from a driver if a deal falls through. We have never done business with anyone named Bob from Fraser MI.
