Constance Walsh's company- Wiggin Out Salon was in financial trouble in late 2011. She had a large quanty of wigs that were help in a local warehouse until she paid them in full. I personally loaned her $4500- $3500 business loan, and $1000 personal loan- so that should could get her wigs and make sales.

She committed to me that as soon as she got the wigs, she would pay me off immediately. (1-2 wig sales would pay the balance of the loan.)

Once she recieved the wigs, she "disappeared."  She changed her cell phone number. When I called her business she was either not there or was unavailable.

In April, 2011, one of her Contract Employees- "Vicki" was temporaily running the business, and when I called her she graciously apologized, and paid me $500. SInce that time, she is no longer with the company.

I have made numerous calls to the company since then, always leaving a message for Constance to call me. She has never returned my call.

Recently (Mid June, 2013)  I "ran into" Constance. I explained to her - how I trusted her and she ripped me off. She said she wanted to talk to me, and I gave her my business card with my current contact information. Since then I have not heard from her.

Bottom line. I provided Constance a loan believing she was a trustworth and professional business owner. I was clearly wrong.

I have waited 2 1/2 years- hoping that she would do the right thing, and contact me and at least put me on a payment plan. This never happened. I believe she needs to be help accountable for her irresponsibility.  Filling out this report is my hope that she will have to deal with this situation.
