Buyer beware of the following company: WRlens.com!!!! They are rip-offs and I suggest you purchase from a different company selling contact lenses.
 
This company sends out defected contact lenses and expects you to just "deal with it". They became upset with me because I requested that they replace the lenses. But, they wanted me to cover all shipping back to Brasil, which from Europe, is not cheap!!!

They also wanted me to take a picture of the defected lense in my eye so that they could see the defect. They claim that this is their policy!!! LOL, I don't know about you, but that is the most ridiculous thing you could ask someone to do, not to mention unsafe!!!!!

They also mention that they guarantee product free from defect before shipping it to you. Well, obviously this is not the case and they don't care to make things right even if they happen to make a mistake.

Overall, this company should be beheaded! They are unprofessional, rubbish-minded jerks who have no concern for consumers. They are just out to take your money and I say beware of these jerks. Spend your pounds elsewhere!!!!

Not a scam! I'm a satisfied customer

 More people should share their GOOD experiences with this company!  I did not have a return or defective lenses. everything was fine with my order. I was worried after reading so many complaints, but I had already placed my order so I just hoped for the best. I am hoping to reassure those customers who are reading this and are wondering if they made a mistake or not... You didn't! Don't worry! WRlens in my opinion is a legit company although their website and marketing may seem otherwise (I really just think it's a culture or language barrier) Americans are used to 100% quality professional websites and service but remember these lenses are coming from across the world and their customs are different as well as the language. I placed my order for natural colors quarts on Jan 12 2016, I paid a little over $100 through PayPal. About 2 weeks later, I received a sketchy unprofessional email saying my contacts have been shipped and it included the tracking information and links to shipping the companies. It did not give an estimated time of arrival. Every day I checked the status of the shipment and waited patiently. I did not bother them or sent emails asking about my order, I just waited. At times I began to believe the bad reviews and thought my order would turn out like the others, I thought I got ripped off too. But It turns out the shipping/tracking information process is very slow. It showed it came out of São Paulo and didn't move passed the "half way" mark the whole time (everything was is Portuguese). just when I thought maybe they were lost in the mail forever, they showed up un-expectedly at my door . In total, it took 12 days to get to me (Atlanta,Georgia) after I received the shipping email -which is not that bad of a wait I think. They are good quality, nothing was wrong with them and they look great! The waiting is the worst part. but don't worry, they do get to you and they are everything you expected. My only complaint about the company is I wish they were more professional/reassuring and updated you with more details. But overall a good experience. Thanks WRlens!

Did not receive refund!!

I purchased the solotica hidrocor ice lenses just recently in February. Wrlens emailed me and told me that their producer no longer manufactures ice lenses. They asked me if I wanted a refund or if I wanted a different color. I only wanted the ice lenses so asked for the refund. It's been 2 weeks, and I have not received an email back. I feel so upset that I got ripped off. I swear to God I'm not lying!! I have emailed you or the person who emailed me. I think her name is Olivia. I'm so upset and I thought I could trust you because I hear so many good things about wrlens. Maybe this only happened to me, but people should not take the chance. It's $100 plus shipping and I basically just lost it. I'm going to complain to paypal, which is what I used to pay for the lenses. This seriously sucks. If you want to take the chance, go for it, but I suggest YOU DON'T!

We are writing back to you and you can see that at your email box.
You have wanted to change the color of your lenses, which we can not do once you have
opened them.
Also, you have write to us only after 20 days.
As every other purchase you make, you need to prove that it is defective.
So we send the lenses to Solotica's labs for a checking,
The checking is very professional and it takes a while.
That is why we asked you to send them, because at the pictures the difference was not
shown.
Despite your lies in here and other places, after receiving an answer from Solotica, we are
sending you a new pair of lenses.

I also filed a report on here, but i'd like to say that Wrlens did the same exact thing they did to the person above to me.

I wish to God i had just opened a dispute in Paypal but I trusted in the company Wrlens and I believed their lies and '' Testimonials ''

I have email exchanges from them to me and pictures that the contacts were defective. I tried to resolve the issue with Wrlens in a mature responsible manner but in the end they scammed me. They made me go through all the above mentioned steps that they call their customer service.

I had to send in pictures, and I did that and I even paid shipping to have my contacts sent back to Brazil and I never received my replacement lenses OR a refund. They made me wait while they did ''Lab Testing''  THAT HAS BEEN GOING ON FOR ALMOST A MONTH. And in total its been

FIVE MONTHS SINCE I BOUGHT THE LENSES~! And i didnt even get to wear them for that long!
I bought the lenses in March, got them in April and since April of 2011 i've been trying to fix this issue!! IM DONE!

I DO believe in my heart that Wrlens just was stalling for the clock to run out so that I couldn't open a dispute with Paypal and receive my refund. So now I'm out almost 100 dollars, a pair of crappy lenses that were two different colors, and about 5 months of my time and energy trying to get this issue resolved.

DO NOT. I REPEAT DO NOT PURCHASE LENSES FROM THEM.
They will be defective or you will lose your money. OR both. And most importantly you lose your time. Wasted on these unprofessional scammers.

This is a big lie, We NEVER claimed that it is in our policy to put defective lenses in the eyes, notice that the customer who write here can not show any citation of our COnditions of Use who specify this, we invite this customer to do so.
We offered to help you before you opened a dispute , and the FACTS are that you demanded us to send you a new lens while keeping the dispute open.
You have made it very clear that you will  NOT close your dispute even though we will ship you the defected lens. What did you want us to do ?, to send you a lens without knowing how long it will take to get to you and in the meantyime the dispute will be closed maybe in your favor and you will receive 1 lens and a refund for 2 lenses.
What is strange in our thinking and why are you so against us ? we offered to help you many times BEFORE you have opened a dispute, and I must say to you , that if you would not have opened a dispute , we would have received your lens and replaced it for you with no trouble at all. But you became so angry , started posting slander against us in the web,
and did not let us help you in a normal way.
Now , we see that you continue to post slander against us in the web and that is not honest at all. We do not understand why you continue to do so ?
Can you at least be honest and WAIT for us to help you , without posting more slander against us in the web ?
Again, we offer to help you after the dispute will be closed, what have you got to lose ?
you will receive the money from PayPal if the will decide to refund your payment, so
this way you will not lose your payment and you will also receive a new lens from us if PayPal will close the dispute in our favor.
Why can't you wait for PayPal to decide and see what the results are ?

We have been more than honest with you, but you became angry and started posting against us in the web.
At least give us a chance to help you , and no, you did not give us any chance because you hurried to open a dispute in PayPal to receive all of the payment , and you specifically refused our refund for 1 lens,

OMG! You guys are amazing. I can't believe I ordered your highest demanded contact lens, the honey (mel) hidrocharme with prescription which I thought would take much longer to ship so fast. Not to mention for a rock bottom price. I ordered it late at night on the 27th, it shipped out on the 29th and It actually arrived on the 1st and 1st thing in the morning at 9:00AM. So, I didn't have to peek out the window hoping to see the delivery truck outside about 100 times a day : ) I'm just in disbelieve. We consumers are quick and eager to complaint and take peoples masks off when we feel ripped off, scammed,
or mistreated as customers but we aren't so aggressive when it comes to positive feedback. It also bothers me that such comment could have kept me from ordering the lenses, and getting such a good deal.
