 This  YMS company forces  you to buy magazines buy misleading you that you can cancel. I canceled the same day. I also cancel my charge card to prove it and I have the name and ID # of the employee whom did the cancellation of  my order. They did not have the time to get into my back account.  Stated on each (4) billing letters - Do not hesitate to call our office at 877-785-4799 with any questions or for payment arrangements. This same number would not ring on your side.but you could sit for 5mins or longer and no one would ever answer it? I found the original number from the phone sales call. I called it and had to leave voice messages  that I had canceled MY order #.name, date .ID# and name of employee whom canceled my order the same day as of order and I did not want any magazines. The first voice call I sent is  when I received my first statement$ 386.21, which was an month later. Which stated my account is past due Then I had to send another, second month, letter stated ; VIOLATION OF AGREEMENT;again to the original sales  number, because again the billing letter only number 877-785-4799- only played music. I sent second voice mail because no one would pick up and repeated the above information but firmer. Then third letter arrived approx. a month later "FINAL NOTICE" same number 877-785-4799,same music . I then received my first magazine. I sent it back to sender by mail/canceled. I received an welcoming letter after I had canceled my order. It had written in it the summary of the magazines and how your order has been cleared through the publishers and_______ prepaid in advance! Which I never heard or agree too! Also at the bottom of the letter in Black Bold Letters- Your payment plan in summarzied as follows: You will be billed $ 35.11 for 12 months,with your first payment being non-refundable. For your convenience your payments will be billed through your credit card.  Still sending magazines back when they come off and on. Being no magazines for months . Hoping they had stopped. AS of this month finally received collection letter from an law office. They stated this magazine agreement cannot be canceled. The YMS manager answer was failure to return phone calls . They cannot help now. I have voice mail and ID caller. I had no calls identifed from YMS. And even if I did they had all the information given to them on voice mail to correct their mistake. The manager was rude sounding especially when I quoted too her that her phone operator just tried the number 877-785-4799 and the operator stated' I can hear it ringing over there, no answer. I ask her why did  they not answer , She stated I dont know. Then I asked to speak to someone with authority she gave me too her manager. I keeped all my papers and dates and information. I am an Registered Nurse,and I would like to put an end to this kind of so call bussiness practice. I would be ashame to work for an company like this one.
