Since assuming ownership of this mobile home park in 2009, Yes! Communities has stopped free water, raised the rental rate and doubled the number of homes on my block and many others. Now, many new, troubling things are happening.

Almost everyone receives monthly fine notices for housekeeping infractions. The manager's office boasts one resident paid an $800 fine for a delapidated deck.

I refused to pay my fine for loose skirting, and the manager threatened to evict me. The owner has never missed a payment from me.

It has become common to hear gunshots in the wee hours of the morning, fired in rapid succession, within the park. Police have been unable to catch offenders. No one understands what that means, but we suspect it is part of the company's intimidation management technique.

I've spent several thousand dollars making improvements to my house in the hope of staving off eviction while I search for a new place to live. I will have to hurry, because soon I'll be hearing about eviction again.

It is the owner's demonstrated practice and expressed policy to replace residents with people of Latin extraction, a violation of federal laws dealing with discrimination in housing. The manager brags they never lose in court.

Yes! Communities is a terrible company. Its behavior bears hallmarks of organized crime, plus it hates its customers, unless they are from Mexico.

Facts are stubborn things

In making these statements, I've had no malice and the utmost regard for the truth.

It is as much for the owner's consideration as it is for prospective clients.

I'm on disability, and it's hard for me to make home repairs that cost a year's income.

The office issues an ever-growing list of eviction offenses that include such things as improper placement of a trash container or an expired tag sticker. Eviction from a trailer park is a serious matter involving more than moving one's personal effects: it involves finding a new location and moving a building, and can cost thousands of dollars.

These comments are gentle compared to what I hear some of your customers say. If I receive service of notice of eviction, we'll talk to a judge. What the judge thinks matters more than what I think.

And remember, if someone who was wrongfully evicted complains to HUD, this foolishness will end.

Clearly you are frustrated with your current situation and that shows in your response. That said, your allegations of management intimidation and a "malevolent globalist agenda" stretch the bounds of imagination and border on slander. We are always happy to help residents who are in a bind as long as we are all reasonable in our discourse.

As to your concerns about the upkeep of your home, The Community Living Guidelines, that as a resident you read and signed before moving into a YES! Community, clearly explain the state in which homes need to be kept for the enjoyment of all who live there. This keeps the community from devolving into what you termed a "dreary neighborhood". If you find that you are unable to keep your home in the condition agreed upon due to financial or other constraints, please contact us and we may be able to assist you.

As always, YES! Communities would be happy to look into any specific claims you have and address them as needed, you can reach the home office through our customer service email YESICanHelp@yescommunities.com

Yes! Communities' response is baloney.

The park continues to replace residents with Mexicans exclusively.

Last year it cost me over $9,000 to rent a tiny lot in this dreary neighborhood thanks to their threat to throw me out unless I performed extensive repair to my house.

People in the neighborhood engage in the deplorable practice of animal dumping; that is, acquiring dogs and cats in large numbers, starving and torturing them, then releasing them in the neighborhood to create a nuisance. Management knows this happens and actually encourages the practice as a useful way to drive out non-Mexican customers.

These are nasty, nasty people in pursuit of a mysterious, malevolent globalist agenda. I'm trying to get out of here, as the cost keeps quickly rising.

YES! Communities is continually evaluating and improving all operations. We have worked to standardize all of our communities from pet regulations to only offering 12 or 24-month leases. Each of our communities does perform background checks to each potential resident during the application process. We are a proud member of Equal Opportunity Housing and abide by the Fair Housing Act. We encourage any resident to bring their concerns regarding community appearance, safety and regulations to the attention of their community management or the home office who can be reached through www.yescommunities.com. At YES! Communities we strive to provide excellent customer service and are always open to resident’s suggestions to make our communities a more enjoyable place to call HOME.
