I ordered an Ear Wax Vac and it was suppose to be here in 2 weeks and it arrived in 3 months. Every week it had a different time it would be shipped. They had my money 3 weeks before shipping it. I even sent Customer Service 2 emails trying to find out what was going on and never got a response.

When I did receive the merchandise it was a piece of junk and the advertisement says it has 8 silicone covers with it but I only received 4. Doesn't really matter.....it did not work.....Junk. I wasted $20. Will never order from these people again. They sell junk.
