There can be issues with different hand bags at various times doe to a variety of things; manufacturing problems, shipping and handling as well as sales issues on the part of the sales department. I've not had any specific issues with best cross body bags over the years I have been using them and I think that if you give it a try with another product you would be peasantly surprised.

These people are scammers selling you fake replicas of items that are not made in China but in Italy. China is known for producing and selling inferior knock offs. If you did pay by credit card ask for a chargeback. If not your money is gone.
