Zenni Optical Customer Inquiries and Complaints NOT RESOLVED and IGNORED San Rafael, California

Zenni Optical is an online site where you can enter in your prescription that you get from an eye doctor and enter that information online on their site and they fill the prescription for you and mail the glasses to you.

The issue with Zenni Optical that is a major downfall that consumers should know is that they avoid resolving of cs issues if the consumer is dissatisfied with any issues, whether it be cs related, status related, etc. Their customer service is extremely sloppy, nasty and unprofessional and when you attempt to call them to speak to a manager or a supervisor, you get hung up on. When you ask for a supervisor's name so that you may write, you get hung up on. When you ask for the voice mail of a manager, the mailbox is 'always' 'full'...

They have no problem taking your money. They do that with ease and do it quickly, but..try to get issues resolved after you purchase and you'll have a very difficult time doing so...

Returns? Well, what they do is..they charge you the full amount, but even if you return the glasses with your 30 day mbg, you only get back 50% of what you paid for them...

It's a rip off and consumers really don't know all of this until after they purchase.

The BBB has in excess of over 250 complaints against them and I have added my complaint against Zenni Optical to that BBB list...

They don't deserve anyone's business...We pay for the product and good customer service as well and they do not provide the latter nor make any apologiesfor their sloppy and nasty customer service or have any one of a higher authority to assist consumers who are not satistfied...

Buyer Beware.....

They will 'never' get my money again..That's a promise
