My Church is the Church of Ahriman.  Do your homework.  I read your paperwork that was filed for CoL, loved the signature by the way.  Look up our paperwork.  The EIN is in Kelsey's name, and on the State of Oklahoma I'm the President and Kelsey is the Vice President.  In Texas, again I'm the President and Kelsey is the Treasurer/Secretary as Mark is the Vice President.  Spread your lies and libel, all is being documented and now forwarded to my local law enforcement.

^ This title in question, was not authored or written by Robert Fraize.  It is listed 'by' King Pope Robert Fraize', publisher Kill Yourself Inc.

The opening segment reads as follows:

"I Dastur Adam Daniels felt compelled to help King Pope Robert Fraize. I took it upon myself to edit his work for him. I found the original work nonsensical and hard to follow. His thoughts are incomplete. I chose to clear this epic piece of s**t up. I hope you enjoy the new and improved Black Book of the Abyss."

Thus, there is no 'confusion' regarding the two books.  Kill Yourself Inc, did not 'republish' the original work, under a false pretenses.  The work was actually both written and authored by Adam Daniels.  Thus, no 'copyright infringement' has taken place making this a bunk report, and for the sole purpose of creating defamatory content.

There is no mention of a 'mental ward' in my rebuttal.  I did not need your intimate medical records Robert, but thank you for supplying them to the public.

As stated, this report filed against Adam Daniels/Kelsey Daniels, is bunk.  Robert could certainly use the proper channels for filing copyright infringement but instead he chooses to utilize Rip-off Report, to file his bunk 'report'.  The fact remains, that the book published by Adam Daniels was written by him, as stated in the opening segment.  As thus, there is no 'copyright' infringement to file.  The background of this demonstrates motive for filing such a bunk report.  And, as a means to further harass Adam and Kelsey Daniels.

Robert Fraize is a self-admitted fabricator.  He admits to fabricating false claims of pedophilia, rape and sexual abuse if he becomes 'mad'.  He will recant later, hoping to smooth things over with those he's fabricated content about.  When they do not seek his 'friendship', he becomes even more angry and creates more smear such as Rip-off Reports.

Robert Fraize is of below-average intelligence, and neglects to do his homework.  There is no copyright infringement.

Pretty amusing, considering the web address is misspelled, and Robert Fraize goofed using the web address purchased by Tom Erik Raspotnik to flame them.

The book in question 'Black Book of the Abyss', in title the name is not trademarked.  The book itself, is covered by copyright held by lulu.com, obtained AFTER Robert Fraize discovered this work was available as a PDF, free, and under no copyright.  It was this file, that Adam Daniels of the Church of Ahriman chose to re-write, authored by Adam himself.  In the opening statement, he says as much:

Robert Fraize, members of the Church of Leviathan, and Tom Blackwood aka Tom Erik Raspotnik use Rip-off report to file bunk claims to harass people.
