arroyo & sons auto clinic arroyo and sons automotive novice supposed master mechanic with little to no knowledge of working on ac systems and electrical functions on a saturn vue. houston Texas

visited arroyo&sons may 6th at 1015am to explain having ac issues with my 2006 saturn vue. the mechanic claimed after running pressure test that he knew exactly what the issue is and was. he felt confident without a shadow of a doubt the issue could be fixed. after investing 800 dollars worth he was unable to fix my ac issue. he supposedly at no charge created a switch that went directly to the ac compressor.

when i visited arroyo & sons to pick up my vehicle my truck would not start. he then began claiming the truck had issues prior to me driving it to his shop. funny i explained i drove it all weekend and the monday i delivered the vehicle. he claimed that pedal and perhaps another electrical part gave out while he was fixing the ac. he advised without issues he would fix it and not charge me labor.

today being friday the 13th i came to see my truck ripped apart internally still not running nor fixed. i found my master mechanic in shorts, flipflops and with a strong scent of something that was not a cigarette. i asked my mechanic what he has done and he replied... i just got out of jail and have not had time to work on your truck. so i decided to pay my master mechanic for the parts only which he agreed and i lost another 440 dollars to someone who should have no reasons fixing a truck.

so now im going back to a shop that i will recommend greatly. they maybe pricey but best price transmission and auto always know how to fix my issues in less than 1days time.

i am upset, ashamed, financially set back and above all stupid for trusting this idiot of a mechanic.
