The administrators of the site are selling faulty programs. They charge outrageous price, and if you try to get a refund, they will ban your account and claim that you agreed to a no refund policy when you bought the item.

My partially blind nefew had purchased the program as he needs additional visual cues when playing dark games. The program did not work and and the game would not allow him to play. About 10 minutes after the purchase, I went to the forums and politely requested a refund. The administrator smugly responded saying that the program was working just fine. As the program was clearly NOT working (see proof below), I request a refund with paypal. This is still an ongoing issue and the seller refuses to acknowledge any wrongdoing.

Proof that the program was not working at the time of purchase:

As you can see, sales of the product was even disabled.

Proof that he would not offer a refund:

He lied stating that the program was working fine. See contradicting pictures above where he disabled sales due to the program not functioning.

Proof of purchase

AUTHOR: Kayox - ()

POSTED: Tuesday, July 30, 2013

See proof of purchase image. I am not running a smear campaign as the admin of artificialaiming.net below claims. I am one person who made the mistake of purchasing from this website and I am trying to warn other of what they may experience.

Setting the record straight.

We are not selling "faulty programs", we sell cheat software.
ArtificialAiming is a successful company that started in 2007 selling game hacks.
People like your partially blind nephew can benefit greatly from it.

To counter our cheat software, game companies have developed counter software called Anti Cheat.
It's goal, to detect and ban all players using our software.
We have systems that prevents your accounts from getting banned.
Systems that also block you access till we deemed our cheat safe again.

Does this make our software faulty? No! It makes our software works as intended.
This voids the right to grant you a refund because our product was working as intended to protect our customers.
View back my answers you made screenshots off. It reflects the opinion.

http://www.artificialaiming.net/forum/general-discussions/74347-infestation.html
Look here you made a screenshot of this page, the cheat was back up only less then 2 hours after the security measure was put in place.
Forgot to scroll all the way down?

Your argument about charging an outrageous price is odd, you get what you pay for.
We don't put a gun to your head demanding to buy our product.

But the worst part of this all is your blind nephew. He suffered most of this.
If you had the patience like our other 113,000 users, he would have enjoyed the game powered by AA!

Lastly, I found it shocking to read that you accused us of hijacking your account.
I googled for a minute and found this: http://www.rockpapershotgun.com/2013/04/02/please-no-war-the-war-z-catastrophically-hacked/
Looks like the game that was played was hacked...

I also regret to inform you that you will stay permanently banned because of the following
- Attempting to do a chargeback
- Leaked private forum information (Photo/text/movie, etc.)
- General slander against ArtificialAiming and its employee's.
We hope you understand.

Regards,
Haruhi.

Nothing to do with AA

AUTHOR: EGSAA - ()

POSTED: Saturday, July 27, 2013

Again, this person is running a smear campaign against AA, and was probably intending to do so from the very beginning. Several thousand people use AA, and AA does not include keyloggers, backdoors, or anything else. The person is either bullshitting, or is not computer literate and tried to download free cheats off of youtube, if indeed he is telling the truth about his "Steam and Origin account being hacked".

It makes no sense for a cheat company making good money by selling cheats, to randomly hack some losers steam account. This person is either lying (most likely), or is just a dumbass who got a virus from his animal porn.

How to get a refund

AUTHOR: Kayox - ()

POSTED: Saturday, July 20, 2013

It's funny how you have defended every complaint against the website, sounds like you are an admin of the site. Anyhow, clearly you have a complete disregard for client satifaction. You do not quite understand consumer laws, as soon as I showed my bank the pictures above, they have agreed to a chargeback. That said, I suggest others do the same should they run into the same issue with this website.

Again, a cheat service is a service. You apperently are too blind to read what appears to be your native language. You seem to have an agenda against AA, so I won't bother rebutting any more butthurt qq's, however AA does disable a cheat from being sold when they are made aware that updates need to happen. If you had brought your sniveling attitude to any other cheat site, they would have banned you before 3 pages of back and forth between your demanding entitled person and the site staff that AA allowed while you were throwing a childlike tantrum.

Best of luck, remember you are a cheater like all the other cheat users out there, your suspicious story of blindness does not place you on a moral throne above all the other cheaters trolling normal gamers.

Ignored common sense, site policies, and help from staff

AUTHOR: EGSAA - ()

POSTED: Saturday, July 20, 2013

AA provides a service, when you make a purchase, you are purchasing the privilage of using the service. Due to the nature of the service, i.e. game cheats, the service will obviously be interrupted for an hour or two whenever an update to the game is made that requires the cheat to be tweaked or edited. AA clearly states the "no refunds" policy in the TOS that you agree to when signing up, and the staff keeps users informed as to the status of the cheats, and when the cheats will be updated.

Had the user waited an hour like everyone else, he would be enjoying his game of choice with AA right now. The admins communicated such to the users affected by the game update. In addition, since the user filed a chargeback, they will be banned permentatnly from the site and unable to subscribe in the future, but will get their money back through paypal most likely.

I have been using AA for well over 2 years, and *facepalm* at this guy's complaint. Its good lulz though.

Spoken like a shill

I suppose you're ok with ripping of someone with a physical disability. The site is full of trolls like you; no respect for consumers. There are plenty of sites that offer good service and a friendly community, aritificialaiming.net is a bunch of script kiddies waiting to make a quick buck with no regards how hard people work for their money. If the program is not working at the time of sale, a refund should be provided. I wouldn't sell someone a broken item promising to fix it later. Should the item be defective at the time of sale, I would offer a refund and allow the consumer to decide should he want to purchase the item when the issues are resolved.
