at&t Uverse making up charges from no where, charge 30.00 to send shut off warning, pattern of criminal behavior nationwide

At&t is . adding charges from no where to our account 4 times in last 13 mos, and if i didnt have physical proof theres no way out of it.  In addittion  if we our two weeks late on bill they send us a shut off notification , an wether we get shut off or not we get charged a 30.00 turn on fee, basically charged 30.00 bucs for an email. they do this nation wide the 100s of millions they  make virtually tax free isnt enough for them, Can you say class action lawsuit!

So the $30 charge you said "coming from no where" is the fees for keeping your phone active when your bill was 2 weeks over due? Hmm... Because it is your FAULT not to pay it on time and let the bill pass due for 2 weeks (or arbitrary time), you are entitled to be forgiven? Pass due is pass due. I guess there are people who are in the same situation like you -- not pay the bill on time and complaint when being charged extra. Good luck on your class action then.

 Can you please post a copy of your bill(with your personal info blacked out) showing these charges that came out of no where.

basically charged 30.00 bucs for an email. they do this nation wide the 100s of millions they  make virtually tax free isnt enough for them

- No you are getting charged $30 because you are LATE.  But can you provide us with the sources where they have 100's of Millions that are late and that this money is virtually tax free?

Can you say class action lawsuit!

- Sure we can say it.  Can you give us the definition of it?
