Hi everyone ... I work for genco atc for 3 years before i was let go because the 2nd shift supervisor treat me and the africans different . I report bill seller to scott "facilty manager" and "jamie yost" 1 shift supervisor and frontdesk manager . But they never see anything wrong with how bill seller treated me. I told them europeans come in late because the watching soccer games and bosnian employee "white" daugher got sick and giving excuses because is was an emangency and I never call off but for the first time i came in 30 minutes because my wife had pregancy issue which they knew about and was giving a write up

i work for the company 3 years and had a perfect attendance. I told bill seller and scott i understand the company policy but it goes for all employees not just me so why can i get the same treatment. well my first report was then . after that my hand started to hurt me because of an pre existing condition . so it start to affect my production . i told scott the reason my case picking was low but the rest of my productivity was 150 is because my hand hurt evrytime i put pressure due to the pre existing condition i had which they knew about. So scott told if i can please sign paper saying i dont want no special accomadation .

They call me to the office a few time which i have witness and recordings threating me that i would loose my jobs if my production dont go up i told scott  my hands hurt i can do job  the but not as quick as before. i had this problem for 5 years now . I also told him before i was hired i made it known on my physical to the doctor which i hve a copy off . well he start harassing me for a while but look for reason me. Well one day i came into work while driving my forklift this bosnian back into me because he was backing up without looking then he drove away.

I stood there and call the supervisor bill seller and report the incident. he told me move my forklift and come to the office after lunch and he would be calling the other employee to see what happen. the bosnian employee admit to it what he did but his excuse was that i didnt blow my horn which i did but he doesnt give you the right to move your lift after and accident and dont report which he did . 3 days after i was call to the office by the manager scott and question about what i had he said i didnt the right thing by reporting the incident but i did one thing wrong he said i move my forklift and told him i never did i call bill and report it to him and he told me move it .

I also told him why would i move my forklift when am the one reporting the incident just me and the other employee was there no one esle the other employee went after the incident without reporting it to bill seller so he let me go and keep the bosian employee who never reported the accident . he violated 3 rules 1driving reckless 2 move his forklify 3 never reported the accident. which was 3 citation and he would be terminated. but was never i was the one fired because i always complain about being treated different. yu think thats is fair bill seller lied to the manager only to get me fired and scott knew that i had problem with bill seller because i complain several times to him.
