century manufacturing corporation fake order then bill you and refuse return of merchandise seaford New York

Century Manufacturing Corporation called our maintenance person and said corporate office had authorized product at all our hotels and he needed shipping.  Our Maintenance person said he would not authorize it and was not paying for it. The sales guy said it was already pre approved.  Then product (degreaser) arrives in a 5 gallon pail.  Three days later the bill arrives for $199.60 plus freight cost of $244.54 for degreaser.  I called company and they refused return of product, but offered to rebate the shipping cost.  They said it was past time to return it.  It arrived on a Wednesday, July 3.  I called their offices Monday, July 8.
