daytona State College & FL. Dept. of Ed. GED Transcript Request run around and rip-off Internet, Florida

I completed an application in May to go back to college.  I was asked to request my GED transcript and transcripts from the other state colleges I had attended.   I immediately requested and had my Miami Dade College transcript sent to Daytona State. 

However, a month later and so far $30 spent, Daytona State College will not accept my GED transcripts.  I paid $24 for 2 copies of my Diploma and Transcripts which I received June 1.   When I brought it to the DSC admissions office, I was told they could not accept them because they were not in a sealed envelope from the state. 

On June 15th, I sent a $6 money order and another transcript request from to the FL. Department of Ed.  I received a sealed envelope yesterday and brought it to the DSC campus.  The clerk opened the envelope, which I believed contained my transcript.  Instead it contained a letter from the state stating that the amount for a transcript request has changes to $8 and I would need to fill out another request form and send another $8 money order for documents I already have in my possession!?!?!

The state did not even send back my $6 money order?   So frustrated!  Why is there no common sense anymore????
