derma remedies ordered skintag medication with a guarantee money back. Contacted them and said it wasn't working. Was told to keep it for the full 6 weeks. Recontacted them and mailed back the empty bottle with martinsberg, West Virginia

i ordered a bottle of Skin Tag DX and used it for 1 week and had great results.  i removed 1 very large skintag and 2 smaller ones within 1 week.  the stuff smells bad so i only used it at night before bed.  i dunno, maybe it don't work on everyone but i had a large skin tag that kept scabbing and would bleed a little at night.  it cleared up in 1 week.  I would like to buy another bottle but can not find the same stuff online for sale.

 This customer did mail this order back, but at a later date than stated in her report (March 02, 2010). She did acknowledge this and we believe this to be a mistake on her part and not intentional. After some communication with her it was decided to end this amicably and refund her the entire order which she has acknowledged receipt of.

 She stated to us that she did attempt to retract this report and was unsuccessful in contacting admin to accomplish this. Below is the correspondence from her.

"I received your check and on good faith made several attempts to update my report at ripoffreport.com. I am unable to access the website they issued below and have been unsuccessful at my attempts to reach them. My suggestion would be for you to file a rebuttal saying the refund was made in full. My report was filed 3/15. This appears to be the only remedy."
