dish network Dish internet. Internet service isn't compatible with phone company. no one explained prior to ordering! Los Angeles Nationwide

First off I think a company should advise the interested party of every detail about their service and how it isn't compatible with certain phone companies. 

Apparently dish isn't compatible with Skype or vonage. Our cell phones and land line were both strangely fill with static and certain apps wouldn't work. Turns out dish knew about the problem but still sold us their cramps Internet service. 

Now they are charging $425 for early cancellation. We've only had their service for 2 days. That's an absurd amount of money for a service that could have been avoided had they mentioned they weren't compatible with our phone company. 

We rely on Skype and vonage to keep in contact with sick family in Mexico. This is stressful on us and has caused a great deal of inconvenience.
