Eleopard Solutions which you can find throughout the internet such as forums and Freelance websites is an Indian "company" of possibly no more then one individual.

They appear to offer a variety of services such as video design, logo, print, marketing, and website. Eleopard is not a complete scam but on the border of becoming one.

Communication is limited and careless. Customers such as myself have to wait in the dark for days before we are updated about our project while our money has already been risked. Communication if possible is extremely slow and unprofessional. Small simple changes to a project are a headache to communicate through and receive on time. The customer must keep in mind that their project is never priority here and the possibility of it being finished on time is near zero and the possibility of the project being finished at all is under 50%.

Respect yourself and your company and keep your money safe. There are many other small teams and individuals that would be happy to work on your project. And if you get scammed, report and help everyone by depleting these online thieves.
