la insurance horrible customer service. agents did not file my towing bill or cancel my insurance or issue my refund for towing and the insurance i paid for wh grand rapids, Michigan

I had purchased towing and auto insurance from la insurance from the sparta location which is right next secretary of state. Everything was fine until my truck broke down. I had to have it towed. I went in and filled a towing claim. I was told it would come in 7-10 days. I received nothing. I then paid a month ahead for insurance. Then I found out the vehicle could not be fixed so I scrapped it. I called the office and told her that I need to cancel my insurance because I had scrapped the vehicle. So she told me that I had to come in and fill out a form . So the next day I went in and filled out the form. She told me my refund would arrive in two weeks. The refund never showed up. I waited a month. Then I called back. She told me that the towing company was backed up and she would check on my refund for the unused insurance and e erything would arrive in two weeks. Guess what it didn't. So I then called titan who la insurance set me up with. The told me that la insurance never sent the cancellation request. I then called the towing company. The told me the same thing. So I called back. She gave me her supervisors number at the 28th st location. His name is rudy.

At this point it has been almost 3 months. Rudy told me she must have not done her job. He said she would be written up. He told me he would take care of me asap. He then informed that I would have to bring the towing bill and the scrap receipt to the 28th st office. I did so the very next dsy. He told me that I would have my refund in 7-10 days. Guess what it never showed up. I waited 3 weeks. I called him back he was very rude. I called him back the same number he called me from. He yelled at me and told me that i couldnt call him at that number. I said how was i suppose to know. Thats the number you called me from. He told me that it was his personal cell phone and I was not a priority. He said he has no idea why and hopefully the refund would show up. I asked to talk to his supervisor he told me he did not have one. Do not sign up with la insurance. You will receive horrible rude customer service and they will not receive your claim if you place one. Its been 4 months now. I guess I'm out 300 bucks. Thanks for nothing la insurance.!
