Yes i went to the site l.a.ink to order some ink cartaridges when i went to check out it said empty. i triend a gain it said the same thing so iwent back and earaseed everthing. then they send me an email my orde was ready i was like what order. it said empty. Tere r no phone nubers just an email every other business like clainks have a number and garuntee ther product.
