Applied to refinance.

Fees collected up front, red flag #1(nov 2012). Lots of calls at first, none after fees collected, red flag #2. Attempts to contact them unanswered, red flag #3.

Received explanation(?) on 01-09-2013, form letter, one page, status, "value or type of collateral not sufficient". Completely bogus explanation. We own two homes, have assets over 1/2 million in retirement accounts, etc.

Please, stay away from this type of company. They are dishonest, can't say it any better than that.

You have been warned.
