Meracord is an independent, third party payment service provider that offers consumers a payment option for the secure handling of their money.  We receive payments from the consumer, disburse payments as instructed, and provide the consumer with account and transaction information.     

You entered into a contract with 1UC to perform certain services, and you also entered into a separate contract with Meracord to initiate electronic debit entries to satisfy the amounts payable under the terms of the contract you had entered into with 1UC.  Any failure of 1UC to perform in accordance with your contract with them cannot be attributable to Meracord. 

At this time, we've stopped processing payments for consumers who have entered into a separate contract with 1UC for their services.  We are more than happy to provide you with more information on your account and give you full accounting of the all payments and fees disbursed.
