Ongoing customer for many years still they can't accomplish billing in a professional manner. 7 to 8 days after getting a bill reflecting the final amount after the insurance payment you can expect to get an overdue notice. I've even got them the same week

Latest payment practice is pay for service at time of delivery, Get a root canal pay on your way out

They are entitled to be paid for the service they render but their collection practice is absurd
