I am opening a small cafe. In late Sept 2010 Michael Osborne sold me some restaurant equipment and an installation package. This was contracted to be delivered Oct 5th 2010. Today is Jan 3 2011.Everday this guy says he will be there tommorow and promised the job will be done.He took my money in sept and cashed the check 2 days later. This man is a liar and he will det whats comeing to him in a leagel way

I'm in a similar situation where i was promised a piece of equipment back in November 2010 and he kept pushing it off and off one thing after another. I met michael at an action back in October sounded to me like a good well known person little did i know. Till finally i said enough with it and asked for a refund of my $2000 deposit and now i'm getting the check is in the mail. My lawyer is being contacted as we will be taking legal action in this matter.
I was wondering what your outcome if any of your situation?
