militaryrecords.org charged a recurring charge which we did not knowingly authorize. Internet

We used the militaryrecords.org website one time, and paid them a one time fee of $5.00 to see what their services included. Their services did not seem to include anything that cannot be obtained from the government for free. We did not knowingly sign up for any additional services.  Three months later we realized that they were charging us $18.99 per month ($56.97 total).  We called them and cancelled the recurring service but were not offerred a refund of the $56.97 that they had already charged us without our permission.
