I purchased a cat tree/condo from mypetisland.com on Sept 11.  Price was 89.00 and was said to be free shipping.  After shopping for one, I thought this was a real bargain.  Deliver was promised in 2 weeks and as you can guess, I am still waiting.  Name of the person is "Jeff."  Here is copy of emails I saved:

Hello Carol,

Sorry about that, I had pasted that message to a few different emails and forgot to change the name on yours.  I have your address as

That's great, although my name is Carol and I hope you are shipping it to the correct address.  Would you double-check that for me and send me that?  I am getting very suspicious

Hello Sharon,

Sorry about the delay, I had to spend the past couple days out of town unexpectedly.  Your order will be shipping either tomorrow or Monday.

Thanks

Jeff

It is October 7 and I l don't have my one cat tree that I ordered on Sept 11.  It is supposed to take 2 weeks.  What is going on?

Hello,
We have received your order.  Please allow up to 2 weeks for your order
to ship, although it does not typically take that long.  All cat trees are
hand made here in the good ole U.S of A and are made in the order they are
received.  Your tracking information will be sent to you so you can track
the progress of the shipment once your items ship.  If you have any
questions, please feel free to email us

PS. If you purchased 2 cat trees this week during our special promotion,
please email us the model # of the free cat tree you would like to receive.
Please keep in mind that it must be of lesser or equal value of the lowest
priced cat tree you purchased

Thanks
Jeff
