no more rack Sold out dated computer virus protection, Internet

I purchased 2013 Norton computer virus protection,  and i received a 2011-2012 disc instead. I emailed them to let them know it was the wrong product year and they sent an email back to let me know that they were sorry for the mix up but they do not have the 2013 virus protection as advertised.

 I let them know that i want my money back and not the "credit" they offered. They said in order for me to get the money back, i would have to send them a picture of the disc. I am not sure how to do that and i would rather send the product back. I have not heard back from them as yet.

I should have checked this place out before buying from them because it all was almost too good of a deal and if it is too good to be true then....... I do not like to be ripped off as so many have been with this place and i have been through similar things like this and have learned to stand up and make noise when these things happen. If we wait for them to make their move to do the right thing, chances are we will not see anything done.

 I went directly to corporate with another company and i got a refund within 24 hours. I hope it works again, if not i will make a lot of noise. Anyone care to join me?
