rbb entertainment ronald beam, ronlad beem we booked his company to do our wedding reception and he supposedly booked us a dj the dj never showd up to our reception and when we called him and told him about it he said we would have our money b wheaton , Illinois

we booked his company to dj our wedding reception and no one ever showed up so we called him that day and got a hold of him and her said we would have our money refunded to our account first thing monday morning.  We got up and checked our acoount monday aroung noon and no money has been refunded to our account so we called him and after 3 or 4 timed of calling him he finally answered his phone saying that it could take up to 30 days to refund our money because he was in the process of sueing the dj that never showed up for breach of contract on his end.  It has been over 30 days and we have not only not recieved our mponey but we have heard nothing from him by email or by phone I personaly email him and ask him to contact me and my wife has tried to call him on numerous occasions and not so much as a responce from him or anyone in his company.  So we are going to go talk to a lawyer to see what we can see what we can do.
