ritter comunications issues western grove Arkansas

 I started receiving phone services with internet about 2 months ago with ritter comunications the first month all was good starting june 1 2013 we started noticing are dns server was going out between 2:30 and 3:00 pm everyday it was like it is on clockwork so after witnessing this for a week an a half i decided to call ritter and report it they said that they would send a teck after teck arrived and checked out my dns server and phone jack he said nothing showed to be wrong so the next day we have the same problem called back to let them know same problem and at same time so they send a teck back out june 14 2013 he said he changed some wires at the phone box and hoped this would solve the problem well june 15 2013 it happens again 24 hours after he was here changing wires net went down at 11:30 am it is like they changed time for this to happen and at this point nothing has changed with getting fixed perhaps maybe think twice about moving if you are going to move in a distric that ritter controls.
