on november 24th, 2012, we needed a new cooling unit for our rv fridge.  we were happy to see that we could purchase one from rv icebox for $395 with no shipping fees.  (we found out later there were no shipping fees because nothing was shipped!)

we paid with a credit card which was debited on november 25th.  we were assured the unit would be on its way in 5 to 8 days.  after waiting about 5 days we phoned to see if it had been shipped yet, but were told no, i told you at least 7 to 10 days, we have to get the defective units in so that we can repair them and send one out to you. 

so we waited another week and phoned again, we were told there was a death in the family, jerry was on his way out the door to the funeral and would get the unit on its way in a day or two.

we called in another week, jerry said the unit was shipped with ups, we should receive it in a few days, however, this did not happen.  so we phoned to get the tracking number so that we could find out where it was, and jerry said unfortunately, they had had a severe lightning storm, his hard drive on his computer was zapped, all his records were wiped out and thus, no tracking number.

so, we asked for our credit card to be reimbursed, but jerry said the fees were too high and he would send us a cheque.  well, we didn't receive a cheque so we called and said forget the cheque, we want our credit card reimbursed which he agreed to do.  today is january 17th, our credit card has not been reimbursed. 

in short, jerry collins is a fraud, a liar and a thief.  he plays a game making promises that he has no intention of keeping.  he should not be allowed to get away with this.  this evidence can be part of the solution.  we intend to report this to the internet fraud complaint department and also the small claims division of the Court.
