sarit spivak sarit shamir owner is claiming she is the primary residence to get modifcation loan i have a lease from Feb 2013 new york New York

I rented a condo nyc feb 2013 and was approved by the condo board and issued a lease. Found notice that owner was behind in mortgage payment over 450 days,she never told me. On the notice citibank stated they were going to foreclose on the condo in Jul 2013 especially if the condo is not her primary residence. She is claiming this is her primarary residence to get a modification loan to hold off the foreclosure for another few years. What she is doing is rent skimming, she is paying the maintance for the condo $650.00 and pocketing the rest of the money. My rent is over $3000.00 per month. To top of off she refuses to make repairs in the apartment and wants me to issue the rent check to her son,claims she doesn't have a bank account, strange since she has direct deposit for Social security checks. She also wanted me to keep the cable, phone,etc under her name.
