i recieved a call from a company claiming to be microsoft windows and my computer is getting ready to crash...after paying 269.99 to the company they hung the phone up and I cannot reach them ...i googled the number and its a scam..however they got my money ...please help

How would they know what you have on your computer?  Do you have anti-virus on your computer?  If so, you should be protected.  Sorry, but you are too trustworthy.  I honestly don't think you will be getting your money back.  Take this as a learning experience and don't be so trustful.
