All I have to say in regards to what Jim said is that the form that he has everyone fill out is available ONLY AFTER you have attended the class. It's not part of signing up for the course and taking your money through PayPal.

Certain guidelines were not clear. And I think the issue is certain students would NOT have signed up knowing what would result if they were not learning in the time allowed. Yes, people are asked to leave. I consider this being kicked out. Also my bike in particular had a stuck shifter.

Also, when I called Jim, the owner of the company, he nearly called me out of my name when I suggested certain things should be mentioned on the website. The result of this call was his assistant to my place of work (even though he gave me a refund) and accusing me of throwing things. I will not give details here but I've contacted the state and have written proof this didn't happen.

He only assumed that I was going to spread around the world my unhappiness with the course. He was wrong.

My mother always told me, Only a Fool argues with a Fool.  So I will not argue with this person.

What I will do is say that this Rider Coach taught two classes on the 17 riding exercises required.   I
taught the two classes in the classroom portion. 

The riding portion Rider Coach did not kick anyone out of the class.  Two students in the
second class failed to accomplish the objective of the second exercise, clutch control using the Friction Zone (one of these was the student that wrote this complaint).

The State of Texas Department of Public Safety requires each student to read and sign a Student Information / Motorcycle Safety Course Waiver & Indemnification form at the beginning of the classroom portion.  The Rider Coach teaching the class is also REQUIRED to READ the Student Information Form to the class.  I was that Rider Coach, I READ it to the class and then had each and every student initial the bottom of this area, AND print Jim read this.

This form STATES in part: 

 I, _____(students name)______,
recognize and understand the risk involved in learning to ride, and riding a motorcycle, I acknowledge that risk by signing the Motorcycle Safety Course Waiver & Indemnification Form. I understand that my performance will be evaluated and that I must satisfactorily complete each training phase before advancing to the next level. Should a RiderCoach determine that I am a danger to my classmates, or myself, I will not be allowed to continue the course. I understand that this decision is for my safety and the safety of others and I will abide by the decision of the RiderCoach. I acknowledge that if my lack of progress impedes
or interferes with the class that I may not be allowed to continue the class. To receive the Motorcycle Operator Training Course Completion Card, I must demonstrate competent motorcycle operation by
attaining acceptable scores on the skill evaluation and the knowledge test. Failure of the knowledge test or the on-cycle evaluation or not satisfactorily completing a phase of the course is considered a failure for the entire course
 
The second exercise has a RECOMMENDED time of 25 min.  The class was less than half-way through the exercise after 22 minutes, and the student was still stalling the motorcycle repeatedly.  The student chose to argue with the Rider Coach when he tried to instruct the student on how to release the clutch.  The student had become, a danger to my classmates, or myself, I will not be allowed to continue the course. I understand that this decision is for my safety and the safety of others and I will abide by the decision of the RiderCoach. I acknowledge that if my lack of progress impedes or interferes
with the class that I may not be allowed to continue the class.

The Rider Coach had no choice but to ask the student to leave the class. A Student Evaluation Form of the ENTIRE course is required to be filled out at the end of each class, this Student Evaluation Form is filled out anonymously.  A Rider Coach is rated from 5 to 1.  They are: 5 for Excellent, 4 for very Good, 3 for Good, 2 for Fair, and 1 for Poor The Rider Coach teaching the riding portion of the classes received a total of, eleven 5s, and one 4. from the graduating students.
