I responded to an ad concerning potential jobs at a dealership they said they were looking for 12 people to sell cars, they had several people interview you including David Monticantti, which makes it look like he works for them. After the interview you are told to come back for training it is supposed to last 3 days. On day one you are told how grand the auto industry is and how you are going to make a lot of money, also stated was tomorrow they will have you fill out your w-2's insuinuating that you are hired. Mr Monicantti also you are told to bring 629.00 to class the next day it will cover your cost of training material , but upon your 91st day of hire this will be refunded to you. also they want you to pay by cash.

Well the second day more hoopla, and game playing, you are told that friday they will have you come in to drug test for employment, this is where it gets good no one told you that it is really for limited positions that you are trying to be hired for. it is completely omitted you are not told as you sign up and pay that you might not have a job at all! and don't be surprised when you do not get a call at all.

I also tried to call in to his charlotte office to cancel on friday but the person i needed to speak to was not in, so i called back monday to cancel (you have 3 business days to cancel a contract) mike in charlotte had to make calls. then he called me back and said no it was day 4 not day 2 i am not sure how he can make this claim he was out friday and not open on saturday or sunday.

I can only say one thing if you are trying to gain employment from ucs auto that is run and far and fast as you can, they are not their to help you but to help themselves to you money.
