USPS and UPS are using Ebay shipping and charging double for label misprints and errors. It is almost impossible to get your money back through paypal as they do not a an option to void label. But even if they did currently there is no guarantee that you would get your money back anyway. And if you did, you really would not know for which shipping label error you are getting a refund for anyway. And they make it so you don't know either. Paypal will not respond to emails related to shipping label double billings or errors. So USPS continues to make thousands, maybe millions of dollars on this little scam. If you use ebay shipping and paid through paypal you'd better check your account.
