universal fleet card Mastercard Billed $75.00 fee for late payment due to no statement being issued as agreed - short billing cycle norcross, Georgia

universal fleet card e-mails a statement before balance is due .  pay bi-monthly according to statement.  short billing cycle so depend on electronic statement as agreed.  universal fleet has failed to e-mail statement twice resulting in late payment (paid in two to three days after realizing statement was missing).  universal fleet is billing $75.00 for the late fee with one exception in a 12 mo. period.  refuses to discuss fact that they did not send out a e-statement.  RIP OFF of $75.00 when ever they decide not to -or- are delayed in sending out statements.  easy money for universal fleet, rip off for me.  this company is not to be trusted.
