THEY DIT IT AGAIN!

AUTHOR: vectora logistics - ()

POSTED: Saturday, March 30, 2013

A Via trading representative called me to basicaly blame me for my losses(read her explanations). To maximaze profits one should 'sell the items for parts".Yes,that is exact what they did to us,they maximazed their profit. She made up stories that I did not test the items.LIAR,We did that, that is why we know we have 80% loss!I STRONGLY SUGGEST STAYING AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.buy at your risk.I have been in the customer return business longer than they are and this is the first time I complain about a supplier.that is How bad they were.

#1 UPDATE Employee

Customer Returns Require Testing/Repair

AUTHOR: Jacques - ()

POSTED: Tuesday, March 26, 2013

We are currently in discussions with the customer despite the fact that this load was purchased in November of 2011 and we were only notified this month (March 2013) that the customer was not happy with it, over a year later.

We were notified that the customer threw out the majority of the load, assuming that it was defective without taking the time to actually check every item. With all customers who purchase customer returns, we take the time to explain that this is not a "perfect out of the box" business and that customer returns require a time investment to test and repair items to increase potential profits from the load.

Naturally, if items are discarded instead of repaired or sold for parts, there will be much less profit to make on a load.

We are currently in discussions with our customer to try to come to an amicable resolution with New Overstock (non damaged) products that may be more appropriate for his business model.

We do wish to stress to all buyers of customer returns (from us or any other liquidation company) that profitability in this business depends on your hard work and dedication. We do have a selection of brand new goods that are appropriate for individuals and businesses who do not wish to restore items to working condition prior to selling them.

As always, we remain at your disposal and are willing to discuss at any time.
