Windham Collection Agency Ripoff, Very Rude Hung Up On Me And Gave Me A Hard time, kept telling me if i didnt pay the whole balance in full before the end of this month they were gonna take me to court and that i would have to pay double ?!! Salem New Hampshire

Windham Collection Agency woman I Talked To An Real B**ch Very Rude Hung Up On Me And Gave Me An Hard Timesalem, New Hampshire gave me an hard time letting me make an payment plan kept telling me if i didnt pay the whole balance in full before the end of this month may 2005 that they were gonna take me to court and that i would have to pay double ?!!

ok .. here goes i called them because i was told i had an account with them so i go to call them and give them the account nbr and everything.. the man i talked to was cool.. so im then transferred to an woman who is just real rude u know what i mean...

i give her the acct information and she tells me how much i owe which is about 590 dollars. i agree with the amount that she says. i then tell her i would like to make payment arrangements. now most of the time its cool that u called and they are more willing to work with u when u call ahead and make payment arrangements.

she goes by telling me no i have to pay the balance in full or she... not the company that she works for but she and mind u she is only the receptionst is gonna take me to court. And if i dont pay it by the end of this month that she is gonna sue me and i will have to pay possibly double .. im like what the hell .. is this for real??

i tell her i cant do that and to let me speak with her manager or supervisor. she then states that they are in an meeting and i cant talk with them right now.. yea right .. i then say well when should i call back so i can speak with them and she says she dosent know . i then ask her again and she hangs up .. im mad as hell...

a few days later i call back speak to that nice man again asking him to not tranfer me to an woman only to be transferred to that same woman again. we talk and she tells me i can finally make a payment and it dosent matter when i make the payment. i wonder what made her change her mind??

i ask her for the address. shes talking to me in an attitude and im think what is her problem .. did she wake up on the wrong side of the bed... she then states that she can no longer talk and hangs up on me .. what the heck if anyone else has had any problems with me let me know
