 1800-Loanmart is unreasonable to work with. They"ve harrassed us and they never are willing to work with us on the payments.  Also we were not aware of the hidden fees when we signed for this loan. No consideration for our hardship at this time. Very rude to talk on the phone with and very demanding. Taking there phone stresses us out. They are not willing to work with us on lower the interest rate.  We have been paying for 3 years and the principle has not gone down at all. Its going to take 7 - 10 years to pay of a $7000.00 loan.  Its very frustating when no one wants to help an citizen is this tough and difficult time.  They have towed the vehicle several times because we were 1 day late. Reall, that is uncalled for.  Please assistance us with this difficult matter
