I ordered flowers for my girlfriend because it was our 2 year anniversary. By the second day of having opened the box with he flowers in it, the roses were already dying. She did all the steps the require to have the flowers last at least a week. 7 day freshness guarantee is their motto!! It wasn't even two days and the flowers started dying. 1800 flowers is a scam and send dry, wilted boquets for overcharged prices.

#1 Consumer Suggestion

I order only locally now

AUTHOR: D - (U.S.A.)

I had the same problem with 1-800 Flowers. The roses were delivered wilted and drooping.
I only order directly from a local florist now.
