I have to reinforce what the man from 4x4 Land has to say here. I am in a couple of off-road clubs, and their work has always been top-notch. Schaan Donaldson, on the other hand. . .he has some kind of mental issue. He thinks the whole world is out to get him, he threatens to sue anybody who crosses him, and he starts fights everywhere he goes. Complete hot-head. He is notorious for using several different personalities online to join and form groups, some he has already been kicked out of. Now I've heard he is using some Facebook groups related to migraines to recruit people to harass 4x4 Land. The guy obviously has issues, and his behavior should not reflect on a good company like 4x4 Land.

Below is the link to a well respected OffRoad Shop unwittingly exposing the lies from Starkbum. He never altered the rear trackbar in any way and did not follow the companies lift instructions which was also the Andersons complaint.

The persons name that filed this report is Schaan Donaldson.  We replaced his suspension system on his rock krawler jeep over two years ago.  Unbolted one lift kit and installed a brand  new one. Since that time everything that has gone wrong with the jeep has been blamed on us here at 4x4 land. We offered to diagnose his complaint of a driveline vibration on the following week after he picked his vehicle up from us. He left it here at the shop on sunday with knowone here.  Our schedule was full on the first two days of the week so we were unable to get his vehicle in the shop to look at it.  On wednesday, three days after it was dropped off he picked it up without us looking at it and has been slandering us ever since.

 I have been in business for 17 years with thousands of customers.  One and only one time have i ever had a complaint filed to the BBB and it was from Schaan Donaldson. I refused to respond to it so the BBB has given me a D rating. He then tried to file a false one in nebraske using another customers identity. That one was thrown away and both local BBB offices are on alert of Mr Donaldsons shenanigans. Mr Donaldson then filed a claim with the kansas Attorney Generals office. I responded with a 30+ page response clearly showing our position on this. The kansas Attorney general responded by throwing the case out saying that their simply is no basis for any suit here whatsoever. Mr Donaldson is now paying people on craigslist for their stories about our store so he can try to assemble some kind of class action lawsuit. I beleive this will never come to any fruition and is simply a continuous effort to smear my and my business name. I sincerely doubt Mr Donaldson has any intention of following through with any type lawsuit at all. He didnt even try to file a small claim case let alone any type real litigation.Mr Donaldson has a long history of suing people. He is on government welfare or disability for the rest of his life because he has occassional headaches. He has all day everyday to simply sit around on the internet and harass hard working honest people and businesses to get something for free.  I refuse to give in and business has been growing steadily for 13 years despite any and all his efforts. Mr Donaldson has multiple facebook and internet personalities.  He signs in using ficticious names and identifications to keep track of anyone and everyone. He has continually verbally abused many members in the 4x4 community of northeast kansas. He has been removed from virtually every group and club in the area except the ones he created and moderates. He has been removed from every 4x4 club in the vicinity. All because of his decisions to attack everyone in the area. I've been a supporter of every 4x4 organization in NE Kansas for over 12 years with thousands of satisfied customers and my cell phone number is available to every customer I do business with. If I am ever forced to defend myself or my business via my attorney i will not be coming to the table to just defend myself. At this point I will file a counter claim against Mr Donaldson and anyone else who plays into his attempted case,  to cover any and all costs to include legal fees and anything else deemed necessary. I have dozens and dozens of very reputable people in the area with extremely high credentials who have come forward to volunteer to testify on my behalf and against Mr Donaldson.  And I wont have to pay any of them. A little research on this person will go along way as to who he is and what he is about. I wont even begin to go into his personal life on here. What I will say is be careful. If your in business you could be his next victom.
