Just like the other "rip off report" regarding Briggs, I also was going on a trip of a lifetime, my boyfriend was taking me to Tahiti. I called around to different places trying to find a way to get my passport in 5 days. On a Monday, I called one of their offices in Claremont and spoke to the owner who guaranteed my passport to be at my home within 1-4 days. I thought that this was wonderful considering the rush for one at the Post office would be 10-15 days. I went to The Village Postmark in Claremont (Owner Rob)and filled out all my information, after, he sends me to the Post office to fill out more info, bring that stuff back to him, and he will send it out to Washington D.C. to be hand carried and fed exed to myself. Meanwhile I spent over $300.00 in new clothes (alot to a starving college student). On Tuesday, I called Rob @ Claremont and confirmed that it would be at my house before Friday and he said yes.

Wednesday morning,l I awoke to a phone call from Briggs in WA D.C. They said there was a problem with my credit card information, so I gave them another one. While I had them on the phone I asked when exactly it will be at my house, their response, "MONDAY". Well that would be useless considering I was leaving Saturday at 1:30 P.M. to leave on my non-refundable trip to Tahiti. I tried to speak to anyone and everyone. The people at Briggs in D.C. said that Rob in Claremont never sent my itenary with my app. which is mandatoy for Rush service, so I faxed mine. After everything, I moved my trip to Monday because they said my passaport would be fed exed before 10:30 am. Never came on Mon, Tues, Wed, Thurs, and today, still not here, Friday. Now I am out cancellation fees that equal out to over $2,500.00 and no trip. The people at Briggs were even rude enough to say "Why did you only move your trip 2 days later?" When I told this woman that some people work, she had enough nerve to get all huffy with me. These people only jerked me around and made me loose tons of money.
