This customer purchased a mid level policy for their vehicle. They had a repair that was not a covered part by way of their contract. All policies are available for review on our website. If you are looking for a policy that will cover all of your repairs you need to purchase a full coverage policy. With a mid level coverage there will always be a chance that your breakdown is not covered.
