Aarons Rental Liars, Cons and Very poor attitudes Vancouver Washington

I Have bought many things from other renyals stores without a hitch. Aarons from the get go,or as soon as they get your money in their hand, has been a complete nightmare.

First, I order a television that would take 9 days to get. I paid the money in good faith. After that time had passed, I had to call them and ask where the set was.

The response was, "I am not sure but i will find out right now and call you back." After at least an hour went by, I had to call again. The response this time was," I was too busy with new customers and havent had a chance to get to it.

Money in hand. I sure learned my lesson..... Anyway the "Warehouse" was closed and I would find out tomorrow.
Again no call as PROMISED and I had to call again to be told they still dont know.

I finally got the manager on the line after calling yet again. He told me they were all out of the product till after the holiday season and wouldnt get my t.v. they had sold me.By the way the "sales manager" talked me into this set from one i was looking at in the store.

I ended up getting a more expensive set that was "readily available". I got the tv anyway even though i should have seen all the red flags. At this point were not on good terms. All i got was attitude and gave plenty back. If i didnt love the tv so much and already have sign the contract i would give it right back.

Now every month i pay my bill ON THE DAY ITS DUE they charge me a 5 dollar late fee. I was told that would be waived but hasnt happened yet.....ANOTHER LIE>>>>>

Aarons and their employees are liars,thiefs and very dishonest. They are the BEST until they get your money and signiture.
