I had tried to a get a price match on my tv for a sale going on 11/28/08 and 11/29/08 at Best Buy and Circuit City for $400.00 less than what I purchased the TV for.
I have the adds printed out for proof if it was needed also. No where online or in any of the paper work that was given to me does it state that beacuse if it is a two day sale they are not liable to meet the price. They said they could not if it was a limited item which neither was.
All it states in their policy online is that it must be an authorized dealer which both companies are. I was redirected and told numerous different stories as to how many days I was allowed to price match.
I would like to see documnets that say they can not meet that price stating the reasons that were given to me verbally. If not I believe I am entitled to be refunded my money.
I have other friends and family that have had problems with ABC Warehouse. I will never shop there again and will inform everyone I know not to step foot into the stores.

NO STORE ON THE PLANET HONORS A PRICE ADJUSTMENT FROM BLACK FRIDAY ADDS. WHY WOULD ANYBODY STAY UP ALL NIGHT OUTSIDE A BUISINESS TO GET THEM DEALS IF THEY COULD JUST BUY THE A WEEK IN ADVANCE AND THEN COME IN AND GET A PRICE ADJUSTMENT. THIS COMPLAINT HOLD ABSOLUTLY NO WATER..

You must have proof of a quote or a the ad in your hands in order for them to price match! If you just tell the manager on duty that it was told to you verbally, how does he know your not lying? If I could just walk up to someone and tell them verbally about a better deal somewhere else and get away with it, I would be a multi millionair by now. Get proof!
