Do not fall for this product. After cancelling the product within the specified period as instructed I found automatic withdraws from my checking account. 10 total charges of 81.54 each. Along with that over draft charges for a grand total of $1,200.00. After filing the dispute with my bank, the bank said it would bar any withdraws from this company in the future. The compnay changed their name and continued to withdraw another 6 times to my account for the same amount of 81.54 each. As you can imagine, overdraft charges were to follow and another round of disputes were filed. With all of that said, the product was lousy, the company does not stand behind it. The company is impossible to get a hold of via e-mail, the 866 customer service number as well as the web site provided for customer service. I have learned a very valuable lesson. You can bank on the fact that I will never make an online transition like this ever again.
