Acai Optimum/Sterling Solutions/Calais Natural Sterling Solutions BE PREPARED TO BE RIPPED OFF Internet

ACAI OPTIMUM aka. STERLING SOLUTIONS aka. CALAIS NATURALS is a deceptive company. They advertise as a miraculous weight loss product of Acai supplement and Colon Cleanse. They offer a "FREE TRIAL". All you pay is shipping and handling of $1.99 for Acai supplement and $.99 for Colon Cleanse. Somewhere in the agreement for the free trial, which is not clear or apparent, is some info that you have 14 days to try the product and then you will be charged a NON REFUNDABLE fee of $79.98, if you do not cancel. The customer service personnel, if you can get through after 20 minutes on hold, are rude, uncooperative, unprofessional and sounds like a boiler room operation. I got the name of three different CEO's.  The problem is that you get charged on your credit card or debit card 4 days after placing the order and get the product a week later. There is no email which you give them, to remind you of the membership???? or any info in the box they send about future charges or having to cancel in 14 days OR ELSE. You must cancel the card, they have on record for you, to prevent further charges. This company is disceptive and has no absolute science that these products work, other than some questionable testimonials of amazing weight loss. They are located in Phoenix Arizona but I just saw some address in the Caribbean outside US jurisdiction. This company is being investigated by the FBI, the BBB of Phoenix and the Arizona States Attorney Terry Goddard. They should be put out of business. They are a disgrace to the city of Phoenix and the State of Arizona.
