Accounts Receivable Funding Corp ARFC Theft Taft Texas

 We used to factor with ARFC, we took legal action against them, and went our seperate way. They were supposed to send out letters to notify my customers that they no longer had interest in my accounts, on Sept 2,2013 they were sent one of my checks, and instead of releasing my funds, they continue to hold them. Ira assured my attorney that they would release a check to me on the 25th of September, and of course they have not. They have no legal right to this money, but refuse to release it. They, (Jerry Rozen, Ira Rozen, Shelly Rozen) are a bunch of thieves.
